Sea Gull Landing HOA

Sea Gull Landing is a townhome development in Ponce Inlet, Florida set on the barrier island off Port Orange, Florida. The neighborhood straddles the sandy dune between South Atlantic Avenue and Peninsula Drive.

The predominant structures are four-plex homes with two bedrooms and two and one half bathrooms. Many of the homes have a beautiful westward view of the Halifax River. The 23 mile long Volusia County beach is via a short walk, and accessed by a walkway. Just 2.5 miles to the south is the historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse (below).
